After owning ZK Group Fitness, LLC in NJ for 15 years...

Kathy is back!  And ready to open another group fitness studio in Deerfield Beach, Florida!!  This time, her focus will be on helping others also heal from their trauma ... through fitness, dance, yoga, meditation and even a little bit of shopping ;)  This new studio's name is: 

"ZK FIT, LLC"  dba:  Kathy's Beach House by ZKfit, LLC  "a unique group fitness studio & boutique".  Combining all that Kathy loves and that has helped her with her own trauma healing; Fitness, Design & Wine!
