'Active Aging Program' Single Class (Drop-In): $15
A single class for any one of our 4 'Active Aging Program' classes.
These are the classes offered in this program:
*Zumba Gold ~ This class is for those active aging adults who still love to dance! Great energy Latin and international music with easy to follow dance moves for a fun, full body cardio experience with a much slower pace than our regular Zumba class.
*Silver n' Fit ~ a chair class designed for strength training to maintain muscle mass, balance and mental stimulation.
*Chair Yoga ~ for those who love yoga but do not want to be on the traditional yoga mat. This is a yoga class where poses are done while seated in a chair and standing with the chair as support for balance.
*Gentle Yoga ~ a wonderful gentle (hatha style) yoga class for those who still love being down on the mat but are looking for easy and gentle poses to help with strength, flexibility and mind/body awareness.
